This role is ideal for a self-starter with deep knowledge of the public sector, capable of identifying opportunities, securing contracts, and fostering long-term relationships.What Youll DoIdentify and pursue new business opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to win new clients, with a focus on government.Build strong relationships: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.Shape business strategy: Work closely with leadership to refine our market approach and ensure sustainable growth.Drive the sales process: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and networking to writing proposals and closing deals.Collaborate for success: Partner with internal consultants and client managers to align solutions with client needs.Respond to government tenders: Lead the preparation of RFPs, RFTs, and RFQs to win new contracts.What You BringProven business development or sales experience in consulting, professional services, or government sectors.A strong network within government and commercial organisations.A consultative sales approach, with the ability to identify client needs and position tailored solutions.The ability to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.We take pride in our team-oriented, supportive culture and have been recognised as a Great Place to Work.
