The ORS Positive Behaviour Support division is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and support a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Team Leaders in Fairfield East. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day clinical support and guidance, driving quality and performance, report reviewing, and maintaining strong employee morale and retention. An important part of this role will be working with individuals in your team on their learning and career goals to ensure that everyone who works at ORS can reach their fullest potential.ORS employs over 500 people around Australia, with more than 260 in the behaviour support division. This role will form part of the senior leadership team in Behaviour Support and will report directly to the State Manager. You will have the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your leadership skills in a friendly, well-supported national team and an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.Your responsibilities as a Regional Manager will include:Supporting a team of Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases.Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required.Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback.Attending appointments with consultants, to provide support and training.Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases.Developing exceptionally well-written reports, management and positive behaviour support plans that incorporate useful and cutting-edge strategies and interventions.Providing services across different environments including homes, schools, community programs, workplaces, telehealth and/or ORS offices.Providing support and guidance to other staff regarding identification, authorisation and reporting of restrictive practices.Work Life BalanceThe ORS executive team believes in the benefits of a healthy work-life balance.
