Some tasks as part of this role include:Collaborate with AimBig Employment sites and other Workforce Australia Providers to establish community networks and projects that deliver the program objectives within the regionDevelop and negotiate project proposals, contracts and agreements appropriate to self-sourced activitiesDevelop cost effective budgets for relevant activities within set limits as per current performance and business expectationsProvide support to undertake, review and update risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for all activitiesManage and support participant attendance, participation and WHS needs for Work for the Dole activitiesTimely and appropriate management, investigation and reporting of incidents (e.g. behavioural, accident, damage to property) as per relevant guidelines with regular review and monitoring of all activities and hostsAbout UsAimBig Employment is part of the Arriba Group.
