You will work alongside a group of passionate professionals who are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.Your team is part of the Technology division, a team that are truly collaborative and passionate, and work closely together to deliver outcomes that positively transform the way our customers use our services.About the OpportunityThe Technical Product Owner is responsible for overseeing the management and operate functions of systems and applications within the technology group. This role ensures appropriate development, release and support of applications, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance application delivery, lifecycle management, processes and governance.The Technical Product Owner also provides technical guidance, implements best practices, and work with support teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and compliance practices to support business objectives.Management & Operations: Manage and enhance application operations using ITOM/ITSM, ensure platform stability, oversee financial planning, and define roadmaps to meet performance, security, and resiliency goals.Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and mentor support teams to ensure seamless enterprise application integration, resolve complex issues, set strategic direction for operations, communicate effectively with stakeholders, align with technology roadmaps, manage workloads, drive improvements, and remove operational blockers.Best Practices & Processes: Operate and maintain technical capabilities using enterprise standards, ensure security, performance, and compliance, manage lifecycle and costs across platforms, drive root cause analysis, and collaborate across IT to resolve complex integration issues.Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, prioritize and manage team backlog, provide expertise for capability development, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain momentum, alignment, and continuous improvement.Strategy and Development: Develop strategies to improve systems and tools, collaborate on uplift initiatives, and secure funding through lifecycle, decommissioning, and OPEX bids.About youYou are a values-driven IT professional who consistently demonstrates integrity in your actions and decision-making. Your strengths include lifecycle management, security, risk, and data analyticsensuring resilient, compliant, and well-informed technical outcomes.Ways of Working: You champion Agile practices, with hands-on experience in Jira, Confluence, and Scrum. Your strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to engage stakeholders and drive results in fast-paced environments.Commercial and Strategic Acumen: You excel in stakeholder management and financial acumen, ensuring tech initiatives align with business goals and are well-funded.
