Reporting to the ANZ Sales Manager, you will work as an integral member of the QLD team driving revenue growth and profitability across all assigned accounts, new and existing. In this role you will use your effective territory leadership skills to implement sales strategies through development of new business and maintaining existing business while improving market presence of our Compounding portfolio, namely Chemotherapy, Monoclonal antibodies, and Antibiotics.If you are a driven individual ready to make an impact within a collaborative team and are motivated by working in Sales, apply now!Key Responsibilities:Engage with key opinion leaders and health care professionals in accounts across your territory, including but not limited to hospital pharmacy, Hospital in The Home/ Out Patient IV Antibiotic Services, Nurse Unit Managers and Clinicians.Responsible for awareness and education to end-user of the Baxter Infusor/Intermate through inservicing.Maximise sales opportunities and retain existing business to maximise both revenue and gross profit growth.Work closely with the broader Compounding Operations team to implement growth strategies and maintain profitability and participate in regular meetings to discuss operational management and ensure customers (internal and external) expectations are met.Ensure account ordering and delivery needs are implemented to the customers satisfaction and that customer ordering practice is consistent and appropriate.Collaborate with the Marketing team and Key Account Managers to target customers within the segmentation to drive growth strategies while providing market information, data and insights to develop a sound understanding of the marketplace.Establish relationships and network with all levels of management - offering excellent service, backup and product knowledge.Maintain accurate and timely management of the CRM while ongoing account management activities with key customers through monthly reporting and hosting regular operational meetings with key opinion leaders (both internally and externally).Understand how Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and trends affect customers and how EHS initiatives can provide a marketing advantage.Timely reporting of product complaints and adverse events as per Baxter policies.Attend Sales Team Meetings, Conferences, Industry Conferences, Tradeshows, Special Interest Group Meetings as required.Key Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Health Sciences, Medical Science, Management or related fields.Prior experience within Commercial / Sales / Account management experience is desirable.Understanding of hospital pharmacy practices preferred but not necessary.Ability to build solid relationships, an effective negotiator who can influence stakeholders and decision makers at all levels.Exceptional communication and presentation skills imparting technical and conceptual information.Exceptional time management and organisational skills.Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results.Able to function in a high capacity within a team environment.Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.Professional approach to direction and implementation of ideas and programs.Aptitude for learning and development and a collaborative team approach.Ability to be flexible with working hours and undertake interstate travel when required.Valid Drivers Licence.Why Baxter?At Baxter ANZ, we are focused on being a Best Place to Work where our people can be their authentic self, feel valued and respected.
