This role is tasked with supporting reliable equipment operation with trending performance, monitoring maintenance strategies, obsolescence reviews, advocacy for modifications, and troubleshooting (sometimes emergent) during unplanned unavailability. In depth knowledge of HVAC systems and chiller operation is essential.Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities:Identifies and performs tasks as required to meet objectivesLeads interpretation and analysis of complex issuesCoordinates assigned projects, studies, and initiatives through completionComplies with safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environmentPrepares and presents reports including recommendations to resolve complex issuesParticipates in and on occasion leads special projects and committees including external organizationsLeads complex problem-solving effortsEducation, Experience, and Skill Requirements:4 yrs.
