Follow Hospital policies and procedures. Able to work Monday Friday, 10.00 am 6.00 pm. Respond to and correct all machine faults or customer issues as received from an authorized office/person. Provision of effective and efficient maintenance for equipment malfunctions as required. Provide vehicle access and egress controls as required. Basic IT skills, including data entry, replying to emails, and general admin. Complete reports as required. Processing tickets and Cash handling assistance for customers. Perform cleaning duties to a high standard to maintain a good representation of the Care Park brand and to ensure that the car park is a safe environment for all customers. Liaise with Care Parks tech team to resolve equipment faults.What you''ll need to succeed Well-spoken with clear communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds. Motor vehicle to access sites (Travel allowance paid). Must be reliable and prepared to work 38-hour work week. Professional and hygienic personal presentation. Energetic, proactive, and confident with high reliability and punctuality. A dedication to the company''s goals and/or mission. A willingness to assist a team member with their tasks/duties, when necessary. Ability to resolve conflicts successfully and calmly. Attention to detail. Reliability, responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
