Our team works in close collaboration with the Trading and Supply teams.Youll be responsible for converting customer relationships into a sustainable commercial outcome (from Contacts to Contracts).Monitoring market development and identifying new business opportunities.Leading the negotiation, structuring, and execution of complex and bespoke transactions (power, green, carbon, and cross energy commodities), and contributing to pricing and risk assessment.Building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders and strengthening the company''s reputation as a reliable and approachable partner.Monitoring market development and competitors'' activities to identify opportunities.Youll play a crucial role in building the GEMS commercial franchise, marketing Engie renewable developments, and supporting our customers on their decarbonisation journey.About YouTertiary Qualification in Commerce, Economics, Legal, Finance, or a related field.Demonstrated experience as a Trader, Originator, Structurer, or in energy procurement within the Australian National Electricity Market (NEM).Prior experience in leading or actively participating in complex negotiations and the end-to-end process from initiation to execution.Articulate, with high commercial awareness and exceptional consultative skills.Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex matrix organisation, developing strong internal networks to deliver strategic results.ENGIE is an equal opportunity employer, promoting diversity and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
