Youll be proactive and hands-on, anticipating customer needs and creating a positive experience that leaves a lasting impression, encouraging customers to return.Day-to-day you will be responsible for:Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers to enhance their experience.Managing traffic flow and directing vehicles to ensure a smooth parking experience, especially during peak times or capacity issues.Conducting routine patrols to ensure the car park remains clean, well-lit, and organised, including tidying shopping carts.Assisting customers and retailers with parking inquiries, providing clear guidance and support as needed.Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.This role is a casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.What sets you apartWe are seeking an energetic people person who thrives on interacting with customers and consistently goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude and the ability to provide helpful and efficient customer service.Ability to actively listen, think on your feet and resolve customer issues.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Resilient and adaptable, able to stay calm and focused under pressure while maintaining a high standard of customer service.Confidence in working in a busy, fast-paced environment.Experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or car park services.Hold a valid drivers license (Full or Provisional license acceptable).About usScentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
