Our team is a talented group who share a common goal: to create an environment where travelers can make lifelong friends and memories.Responsibilities:Reception Duties: Greet and check-in guests, provide information and assistance with accommodation and tourism bookings/activity advice, handle reservations, ensure a smooth check-out process, handle payments, resolve disputes face-to-face, respond to emails, research, prepare end-of-day reports, and assist managers.Bar: Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide excellent service. Drink Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook basic menu items according to recipes and customer orders. Open and set up the bar area, close and clean up the bar.Guest Engagement: Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, interact with guests, organize/host events, and facilitate a sense of community within the hostel, using the bar and cafe area as the main social venue.
