Join Our Clients Team as a Systems EngineerWell respected Australian healthcare company is looking for a Systems Engineer to provide 3RD Level support and ultimately manage all escalations within the IT team that cant be resolved by 1st and 2nd level teams. You will bring to the role strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as exceptional written and oral communication abilities.The role will see you:Design, implement, and maintain IT systemsEstimate the resources and effort needed to achieve project goalsIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical pathMaintain IT standards across all systems under their jurisdictionTroubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issuesRespond to P1 and major incidents/outages, maintaining solid and continued communication with appropriate teamsTake ownership and management of any assigned ticketsCollaborate with other IT staff to plan and implement system upgrades and improvementsBe part of a rotating paid on-call rosterYou will bring to the role:5 years experience as a Systems EngineerWindows technologies and operating systems - Messaging, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, Terminal Services etc.Good knowledge of Linux operating systemsVirtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V and Docker)Good knowledge of Citrix XenApp, deploying and maintaining a large Citrix farmCloud services including Office 365 and Azure/AWSStorage systems - SAN, iSCSI, Fibre switching, LUN management and performance troubleshootingScripting capabilities, preferably in PowerShellKnowledge of DICOM and HL7 messaging desirableExperience within ITIL v4 frameworkIf this sounds like your next career move, then please forward your resume to Marilyn Lennon. #J-18808-Ljbffr
