Join us and be part of a company that balances tradition with modern innovation.Role Responsibilities:Oversee and optimise automated milling and processing systems.Monitor operations, adjust machine settings, and troubleshoot automated processes.Conduct product testing, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with quality standards.Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.Perform equipment maintenance and manage machine-related issues.Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas, with a focus on automation systems.Operate forklifts and assist in warehouse tasks when needed.Key Requirements:Experience with automated systems or willingness to learn new technologies.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and technologies.Availability for rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night Shifts).Participation in a 2-day paid work trial.Why Join Us?At Ben Furney Flour Mills, youll receive extensive training and exposure to the latest flour manufacturing technologies.
