Their core values, Customer Success, Ambition, Equality and Team are at the foundation of who they are and how they operate.THE OPPORTUNITYDue to continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our client''s energetic and enthusiastic team.In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound Investor inquiries, acting as a positive ambassador of our client''s brand. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in financial markets and corporate customer service, working collaboratively with a supportive team.Key responsibilities:Process investor instructions and investor elections accurately and efficiently.Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure exceptional service delivery including actively participating in client meetings, providing support and expertise as necessary.Ownership of a small portfolio of clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure awareness of current and upcoming tasks, and providing guidance on task completion.Respond to inbound and outbound client communications via email and phone.Assist with client correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Prepare and dispatch Investor communications.Represent the business in a professional manner to maintain a positive image.Provide administrative support to the broader Fund Registry team as needed.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDThe successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.To be effective in this role, the person will need the following:Relevant experience in Fund or Share Registry (Essential).Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.High attention to detail for accurate processing.Excellent written and verbal communication.Team player, contributing to process improvements.Proactive, customer-focused service delivery.Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.HOW TO APPLYYou may apply using your LinkedIn profile; however, we would love to know more.
