Working on Heavy Vehicle service, repairs and maintenance across mining, on-highway trucks, industrial and power generation applications at our Leeton facility.Let Cummins train you to be an engine expert!In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products attend to breakdowns in the field (for Field Service role)Diagnose and repair enginesDisassemble, inspect, and clean engines and/or engine componentsEngine rebuilding and reconditioningTo be successful in this role you will need the following:Mechanical trade qualified as Heavy Diesel MechanicExperience as a Diesel Mechanic in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, and similar applications is preferred (ideally with an OEM)Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive Hourly rate paid as a permanent salaryOvertime paid as penalty rates for all work above standard Monday Friday 38-hour work weekTool of Trade Vehicle (Field Service Only)On call & Tooling allowance$5,000 sign on bonus (Conditions apply)Relocation assistance offered from anywhere in Australia for you and your familyParticipation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) programAnnual remuneration reviewsSalary continuance insuranceCummins Employee Discount program Includes Discounts with select private health insurance, PC software/hardware and a range of vehiclesSafety equipment / PPE and uniforms provided and launderedAt Cummins, we are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity in the workplace.
