BSH Electrical is well known in the Tasmanian market as a leading supplier of electrical contracting services since 1985.Being a Tasmanian owned business, our focus is the ongoing development of our people and by extending this approach to our client relationships, we are well placed to provide excellent service to our existing clients and in turn develop new business opportunities.This position is an active role which typically involves coordinating and allocating technical work, client liaison, small works estimation, tender preparation, and hands-on technical support to our Service Technicians.More specifically, the priorities of this position include:Maintaining high standards of customer service,Meeting designated deadlines which will include managing the on-call roster to respond to client breakdowns,Supporting Service Technicians by providing relevant information and resources in a timely and professional manner,Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our service delivery by demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail,Demonstrated experience and knowledge of electrical installations, fire detection systems, data communications, and security systems,Being a team player who is very organized, motivated, and has the capacity to work within a fast-paced working environment.The person we are seeking will have gained broad experience working as an A-Grade Electrician and have had some experience as an office-based Project Manager / Estimator. This position will suit someone with a high degree of flexibility capable of transitioning between hands-on technician and Project Manager on a day-to-day basis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
