Alternatively, for more information please contact Joanne Robinson, Older Adult Program Manager (Vic and Qld) at jrobinson@each.com.auWho Were Looking ForYou are passionate, self-driven, and motivated to help others in the community.Were looking for someone with:Leadership experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading others.Activities experience: Experience coordinating in a community setting and delivering group activities to older adults.A strong understanding of the diverse physical, social, emotional, and cultural needs of older adults, particularly those living with dementia.Experience working with older adults.Willingness to drive a 12-seater bus.QualificationsAged Care qualifications or a related field required (Minimum Cert III Qualification in Aged Care, or Individual Support, and must have completed aged care components).Dementia-specific qualifications and/or experience are highly desirable.Certificate or Diploma in Business Management is a plus.Additional InformationWhat we offerEACH is committed to developing our team.
