Ramien''s Timber Co. is looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Sales Desk Manager to lead our operations in Dubbo. This is a dual role ideal for someone whos confident managing a warehouse while also providing top-tier service to our valued customers at the drive-thru sales desk.About UsWe have been in the timber industry for over 60 years. During that time we have operated sawmills, frame and truss plants, and transportable homes businesses over multiple locations within NSW. We are timber merchants, Cypress specialists, and operate a solid timber joinery.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receivables, stock handling, and dispatch.Manage and work alongside the team at the drive-thru sales desk, processing customer orders and providing product advice.Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.Lead, train, and support a small warehouse and sales crew.Operate forklifts, ensuring safe handling and loading of timber and building products.Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness across the yard and warehouse.Liaise with customers, the joinery, and sales teams to ensure efficient logistics and great service.What Were Looking For:Experience in warehouse or yard management (timber/building materials preferred).Confidence working in customer-facing sales or trade counter roles.Forklift licence and experience loading/unloading timber products.HR Truck license - not essential.Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.A practical, team-first mindset with good problem-solving ability.Physically fit, enthusiastic, and possess a can-do attitude.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years'' experience do you have as a warehouse manager?Do you have a heavy vehicle driver''s licence?Do you have experience operating a forklift?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?Have you worked in a role where you were responsible for stock control?Do you have customer service experience? #J-18808-Ljbffr
