JMac are expanding their building and construction footprint in Townsvilles commercial sector! We are seeking a suitably qualified Construction Supervisor to join our high calibre team, for the Townsville based construction division. The successful candidate will be proficient in the day to day running of a construction site, coordinating both sub-contract trades and JMac direct labour sources, to deliver a high-quality project in line with project program milestones. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety and quality of the project, using effective leadership and communication skills to work closely with the Project Manager, Client and greater team.The successful candidate must:Hold a current QBCC Site supervisors licence or higherHave experience in a range of commercial building forms (from refurbishments to new builds)Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomesMotivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.In return, we offer a rewarding long-term career, opportunities to develop, and a culture that values your contribution.
