Job Description

Provide project and reporting support for the successful delivery of projects to enhance the capability and capacity of Federation TAFE.Federation TAFE - SMB CampusFull-time, fixed-term appointment for two yearsHEW 7 - $97,371 p.a. plus up to 17% superannuationAbout the roleYou will be responsible for providing project and reporting support for the successful delivery of the Workforce Training Innovation Fund (WTIF), Regional and Specialist Training Fund (RSTF) and other government funded projects. You will provide specialised administrative and stakeholder communications support and play a key role to the successful outcome of projects by meeting contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations.You will:manage the implementation, progression and reporting on key projects;coordinate reporting, payment, acquittal and evaluation process;provide guidance, support and development to the Project Officer;engage and maintain communications with internal and external project stakeholders;develop templates and establish standard mechanisms for the regular collection of data.About youYou will have demonstrated experience in providing high level project support functions including the ability to coordinate end-to-end projects, conduct research, prepare documents, briefings, submissions, reports and correspondence.You will possess demonstrated:ability to work within a project management framework and familiarity with a range of project management tools, procedures, documents and reporting processes;analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to use initiative and develop solutions to challenges and issues;interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work positively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders;experience leading a small team and providing support and supervision.All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
