Their team of 80 operates from brand-new offices just outside the CBD, complete with modern staff amenities (think BBQ balcony and beer fridge!).Whats On OfferCity fringe location with free off-street parkingBrand-new office with dedicated staff breakout spacesFlexibility around school runs and personal commitmentsA refreshingly straightforward finance systemno unnecessary complexityCulture that values loyalty, trust, and relationships over red tapeThe RoleYoull be the go-to for all things finance and office operations, reporting directly to the leadership team and supporting two admin staff.Your day-to-day might include:Overseeing accounts payable/receivable, processing payments, and daily bank reconciliationsManaging month-end reports, P&Ls, and keeping budgets on trackPreparing superannuation, PAYG, WorkCover and assisting with payroll when neededStreamlining systems and supporting HR functions like onboarding/offboardingLeading and mentoring two direct reports in the administration teamSupporting the business with practical financial insights and recommendationsThe CriteriaYoure someone who thrives in a hands-on finance role, enjoys working in a tight-knit team, and wants to contribute to a business where people stay long-term.
