You will collaborate closely with your peers in the senior leadership team to achieve key strategic objectives while managing risk responsibly.Key Responsibilities:Understand member needs and provide lending solutions while overseeing the full lending process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of loan applications from initiation to aftercare to attract and retain business.Lead, mentor, and support a dynamic team of Lending Specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Build and nurture strong relationships with local businesses and key stakeholders to drive retention, foster partnerships, and contribute to the growth of the business.Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with key strategic objectives and contribute to the banks vision and goals.Manage risk responsibly while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and bank policies.Skills and Qualifications:At least 4 years of experience in retail lending, complemented by a Certificate IV in Financial Services.Proficient in computer applications and lending software, with expertise in Ultracs highly regarded.Demonstrated success in networking and building interpersonal relationships.Excellent time management, multitasking, and task prioritization skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (verbally, analytically, and in writing) and thrive under pressure.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years'' experience do you have as a Lending Manager?To help fast track investigation, please include here any other relevant details that prompted you to report this job ad as fraudulent / misleading / discriminatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
