All our trailers and cranes are designed by our team of experienced engineers.This role is a key hire for our Assembly Department. As an Assembly Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring our trailers are finished to the highest standard at our manufacturing facility. This role includes managing a team of 5-7 and will also require you to be hands-on in the assembly bay.This role will include working with various materials and tasks including wheels, axles, rams, plumbing with nylon hose, wiring, and fitting pre-made looms and assembling pre-manufactured parts. This role is variable as it covers a wide range of tasks assembling only the highest quality well-known brands like WABCO, SAF, BPW & Michelin. Training on these brands will also be offered.If you have a background in manufacturing, agriculture, forestry, or machinery, this role will be a good match for you.Responsibilities:Adhere to all health and safety statements, regulations, and matters that the role involves.Manage your own time effectively, motivate the team, and communicate clearly with other departments.Competitive salary for experienced candidates.
