As HSEQ Business Partner, youll take ownership of health, safety, environment, and quality systems that support both compliance and continuous improvement. Working closely with operational leaders, youll ensure systems remain effective, certifications are maintained, and safety and quality standards stay front of mind across all areas of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve HSEQ systems, including the Integrated Management System (IMS)Monitor and analyse lead indicators to identify risks and anticipate trendsEnsure compliance with and maintenance of external certifications, including ISO standardsTrack and report on key HSEQ metrics to support informed decision-makingDrive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and work practicesSupport a proactive safety culture by working closely with leaders and frontline teamsAbout YouMinimum 2 years experience in a similar HSEQ role within heavy industryCertificate IV or higher in Work Health and SafetyDemonstrated working knowledge of HSEQ systems, compliance, and certification standardsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvementConfidence working independently and supporting teams across varied environmentsCurrent First Aid CertificateCurrent drivers licenceWhats on OfferCompetitive salary + vehicleNewly created leadership role with scope to shape future operationsInternal referral program and a supportive, people-first cultureOngoing training, development, and career growth opportunitiesNational business with a strong client base and stable project pipelineHow to ApplyTo download a copy of the Success Profile Pack, including a full position description, please click here.
