The College encourages students to achieve their full academic potential, develop their God-given gifts, know Jesus Christ as Lord in all areas of life, and love others as themselves.Commence: By negotiation.Tenure: Part-Time (2-3 days/week).RoleThe Finance Officer Payroll plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of Bundaberg Christian College, with a particular focus on delivering an efficient and compliant payroll function.Working within the Colleges Finance department, the role is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate staff records, ensuring compliance with superannuation and tax obligations, and assisting with regular reconciliations and reporting. The successful applicant will also support finance-related projects and provide back-up assistance across the broader finance team where required.This position works closely with the Business Manager and other members of the support staff team and requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and a willingness to serve in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Applicants who demonstrate an active Biblical faith that aligns with the College''s Statement of Faith, currently being expressed in a Christian Church, are invited to apply.
