Administration Officer - Clinical Safety & Quality Unit 1Dynamic work environment and collaborative team cultureFlexibility for balancing work and life commitmentsComprehensive learning and growth opportunitiesInclusive workplace cultureAbout the roleThe Administration Officer will be a valued member of the Clinical Safety & Quality Unit to undertake and provide administrative support to the CSQ Director and team members in ensuring core functions, systems and processes are operating efficiently and in accordance with AWH policies, procedures and local standard operating procedures.Key Responsibilities:Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment and positively contribute to team operations and working relationships.Demonstrated practical knowledge of administration tasks in the health environment, including highly developed keyboard/data entry computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and a thorough understanding of the importance of accuracy/attention to detail.Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to ensure relationships are built and maintained with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated competence and confidence in dealing with the public, providing high quality customer service and communicating effectively.Ability to be adaptable to change and committed to quality improvement, able to explore new ways of working in line with developments in technology, service delivery and funding requirements.Demonstrated ability to prioritise a busy workload and ensure deadlines are met.Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently.Employment Type: This is a part-time opportunity.AWH serves as the largest regional healthcare provider between Sydney and Melbourne, situated in the border cities of Albury and Wodonga.
