The role will be based in our Adelaide CBD office, as a permanent Full-Time opportunity.Youll play a key role in ensuring our participants are matched with Support Workers who not only meet their needs but exceed their expectations. If you love recruitment and thrive in a purpose-led environment, this could be your perfect fit.Your Day-to-Day Will IncludeManaging end-to-end recruitment: writing engaging job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, compliance checks, inductions, and onboardingMatching Support Workers with NDIS participants based on referrals and individual needsMonitoring ongoing compliance and quality standardsCollaborating closely with Client Service Managers, Rostering Coordinators, and Leadership to ensure our collective service delivery is seamlessBuilding trusted relationships with internal teams to ensure recruitment needs are met across the countryWho You Are:You ideally bring at least one year of recruitment experience - bonus points if thats within disability or healthcareYoure a go-getter who loves juggling multiple priorities and staying organised under pressureYou understand NDIS compliance and the SCHADS Award (or are keen to learn)You hold (or can obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening CheckYoure a clear and confident communicator, both written and verbalWhy Choose Us?At Danny Met Sally, youre not just joining a team youre becoming part of a community thats passionate, supportive, and always growing.
