We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our company in the Central West Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting property damages, preparing and submitting detailed reports, scope of works, and costings. Managing the repair process, in line with scope and budget, with consistent communication to all stakeholders, coordinating procurement of trades, ensuring compliance with safety, and building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. With over 20 years'' experience in the industry, PCR Building Services offers stability and opportunities for growth.Responsibilities:Inspection of properties, preparing and submitting reports, scope of works, and costings to clients.Select subcontractors, schedule works, oversee through to completion, providing updates to stakeholders.Manage project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality whilst meeting deadlines and KPIs.Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and WHS.Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors.Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to all staff involved in the project.To be successful in this role you must have:Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage budgets and timelines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors.Current driver''s license and current WHS, trade certification.What we offer:At PCR Building Services, we are committed to creating a supportive and positive work environment.
