Working closely with our Spare Parts and Service Technical Manager, you will be tasked with handling parts and service enquiries in a timely and effective manner. In this role, you will have exceptional organisational and administrative skills to support the Parts and Service Team, ultimately contributing to the achievement of exceptional results.ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming spare parts enquiries via phone calls, emails and web enquiries;Prioritise incoming enquiries and collaborate with the Spare Parts Manager to deliver top-tier service to our valued customers;Process parts orders including placing orders; and picking, packing and dispatching orders as required;Assist with inventory management as required eg. stock counts, maintaining a clean and orderly parts area;Build and maintain strong, long-term connections with customers;RequirementsStrong organisational and administration skills are essential;Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential;Experience in Spare Parts and Service would be highly regarded but not essential;Mechanical aptitude would be highly regarded.We offer:Competitive remuneration based on skills and experience;Collaborative and supportive team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
