Bring your experience and passion as an Assistant Night Manager and join our friendly and fun Front Office Team.It is a Full Time position. As part of our night team, you work night shifts that start at 11pm and finish at 7am.We are actively searching for an experienced Front Office professional to become an integral part of our brand-new property.As the Assistant Night Manager, you are naturally a confident person who is able to approach people and initiate conversation. Your skills of reading the guest and attention to detail are what sets you apart from the rest.You have an outcome driven approach to performance & results and you strive to achieve excellence in your field.Responsibilities:Conduct Night Auditor duties whilst on shift with the Night ManagerMaintain control and supervision of all audit functionsResponsible for all other departments in the absence of their respective managers for the duration of the night-time operationAssist with the management of the Night Audit teams performance whilst on shift, in accordance with relevant Accor brand and service standards, policies and proceduresDrive a caring culture for our guests and inspire our team members to create a story unique to each guests stayConnect with guests and colleagues by being your authentic self, creating a sense of belonging through listening and demonstrating empathyBe a safety champion and lead by example by following Accors health and safety proceduresAct as an Accor ambassador, aiming to enhance the companys image and market reputation, internally and externally.QualificationsWhat we are looking for:Having a full working right in AustraliaPrevious Front Office or similar experience with knowledge of Opera system preferredPassion for people and hospitalityHands-on, natural born leader with the ability to nurture, develop and bring out the best in your teamAbility to make decisions independently and confidentlyAvailable to work from 11pm to 7amAdditional InformationWhats in it for you?Opportunity to grow and develop your career within an international hotel groupFun and energetic teamGreat team member benefits (hotel and restaurant discounts, gym discounts, etc.)Beach front location (head off for a swim after/before work!) #J-18808-Ljbffr
