JL MCFADZEN DIESEL SERVICES is currently on the lookout for experienced Maintenance Supervisors to join our team after winning the Track Crew Maintenance Contract at the KCGM Superpit located in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. This long-term project is a great opportunity for individuals seeking to expand their career and work within a stimulating and rewarding environment.About the Role:2:2 Days/Nights roster - DIDO Residential or FIFO from PerthOversee and manage assets, including people, plant and equipment to achieve operational outcomes in safety, quality, performance and production.Respond to maintenance requests.Plan, coordinate and allocate resources to achieve monthly targets.Conduct regular site and daily inspections within the worksite.Order tools, supplies and equipment as needed.Perform maintenance work as needed.Work alongside management to resolve issues and recommend solutions.Ensure the team follows all business and site policies and procedures.About you:Australian recognised Heavy Diesel Mechanic and Auto Electrician Trade Certificate.Minimum 3 years in leadership roles.Extensive knowledge on Hitachi, Liebherr, Komatsu and Caterpillar equipment.Australian Working Rights.Valid Drivers License.Meet our pre-employment medical criteria (including drug and alcohol screening).Professional, self-starter who has a proactive approach to getting the job done.What we will offer you:Full-time Employment.Flights from capital cities.Competitive remuneration and rewards.Commitment to training and development.Salary sacrifice options.About Us:JL MCFADZEN DIESEL SERVICES provides specialised product support and maintenance on hydraulic excavators and shovels throughout most states and territories in Australia.
