These crucial roles support and manage the Communication Centre team in providing telephone triage, clinical advice and dispatch of Ambulance resources.The Team:The State Communications Centre is where the delivery of Ambulance care begins, for our patients and is based in Hobart. The Centre provides telephone triage, clinical advice and dispatches ambulance resources in the most effective and efficient manner.The Role:The occupant of this position will undertake an operational management role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Communications Centre unit.You will need:Providing direction and supervision to a small team of communication officers, ensuring services comply with national standards and operational policies.Allocating and monitoring resources to meet service priorities.
