Our client, a respected and long-standing organisation within the bulk haulage and logistics sector, is seeking an experienced Compliance & Quality Control Manager to join their team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This role will not be a remote role and will require someone to be on site in Bunbury. Relocation packages are on offer.The OpportunityThis role, reporting to the General Manager HSEC, will take the lead in driving organisation-wide compliance initiatives and ensuring continued certification to ISO 45001 and 9001 standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain a company-wide compliance frameworkConduct internal audits and ensure departments meet compliance obligationsProvide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on compliance mattersManage the organisations Safety and Quality Management Systems (QMS)Oversee document control in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirementsCoordinate internal audits for WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA) and National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (NHVA)Foster strong working relationships across multiple sites and business unitsWhy Join Our Client?Our client offers a supportive and inclusive team environment, competitive remuneration, and opportunities for professional growth within a privately-owned business.
