Fixed Term Part Time | up to 24 hours per weekHS4 ($42.33 to $46.80 per hour)About The RoleGrampians Integrated Cancer Services is seeking a part-time Project Support Officer to support the Grampians Region Colonoscopy Access Project Team until 31 December 2025.The Project Support Officer will provide high level administrative and project support to the Deputy Program Manager and the Project team in the management and implementation of the Colonoscopy Access Project.The Project Support Officer will provide a broad range of project related administrative support tasks, including coordinating Project Governance meetings, Working and Focus Groups, preparation of meeting packs, project reporting, project liaison with stakeholders, supporting project team with project activities, support project action and implementation plans to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met, managing scheduling of project meetings and working groups, and relevant documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide diverse and high-level administrative and project supportProject support to Project Governance meetings including management of meeting schedule and meeting documentationSupport Deputy Program Manager and Project team with project activities including drafting and editing project reports and documentation, preparation of project presentations, mapping of workflows and processes (from Solution Phase of project) where requiredProvide support to the financial management of the project including processing of financial transactions such as invoices, purchase orders and setup of suppliersContribute and maintain project status reports including project progress, tracking to schedule, risks and issuesSkills & ExperienceQualifications and/or experience in Project or administration management.Sound experience in providing a broad range of administrative and project support services.High level expertise in using Microsoft suite.Experience in monitoring project performance against project objectives and managing project risk and issues.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively, contributing and sharing responsibility for achieving project team goals, objectives and outcomes.Contributing to a positive team culture and environment.Interested?Click APPLY or if you wish to discuss the role prior to applying, contact Fiona Hodder, Deputy Program Manager - Colonoscopy Triage on 0418537859 for a confidential discussion.If you are currently employed at Grampians Health, please ensure you sign in through the ''Employee Login'' via the external Careers Page or access the Careers Page via the Intranet before applying.We''re actively seeking candidates for this role and will review applications as they are submitted.
