The role involves managing escalated queries, conducting coverage and classification analysis, and ensuring compliance with legislation.Youll HaveTertiary qualification in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or Contract Law5+ years of relevant experience in employment law, industrial relations, or contract law, with expertise in interpreting and applying legislation and industrial instruments.Proven ability to analyse complex employment-related queries and provide clear, actionable advice.Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information.Why Qantas?Youll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
