Our team is diverse, talented, and committed to making a difference.What Youll Be DoingAs a Project Administrator, youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects across various teams. From managing admin tasks to supporting project delivery, your work will keep everything running seamlessly.Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:General Administration Managing emails, checking mail, answering phones, ordering supplies, and keeping things organised.Meeting Coordination Booking venues, organising catering, taking minutes, and tracking attendance.Document Management Filing, record-keeping, SharePoint management, and sensitive data handling.Project Support Setting up projects in ProWorkFlow, tracking progress, and assisting with deliverables.Stakeholder Engagement Scheduling interviews, booking focus groups, and liaising with clients.Finance & Reporting Tracking project expenses, managing invoices, and ensuring milestone payments.Research & Compliance Assisting with literature reviews, tender applications, ethics approvals, and reports.Communication & Team Support Being the first point of contact for the team and office, ensuring smooth daily operations.What Were Looking ForStrong administration and project management skillsExperience working with tight deadlines and juggling multiple tasksProficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systemsExcellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detailMust be an Australian CitizenInterested?
