This role blends traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities with office management duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced executive looking to advance their career and grow within our organization.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the managing director, chief financial officer and senior staff, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel and expenses.Maintain office facilities and equipment, ensuring routine maintenance is carried out.Assist with collating the monthly timesheet summaries.Organise pre-employment screening and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.Maintain HR files, including leave tracking and reporting.Reconcile company credit cards and expense claims.Assist in the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly board packs, ensuring timely completion and circulation.Monitor and follow up on mandatory team training obligations.Prepare, edit, and format documents and board packs.Perform various ad-hoc administrative and project duties as required.What We Are Looking For:The ideal candidate will be positive, motivated, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
