This is a great opportunity to work with a team operating as the bridge between technology, the business, and front-line staff, delivering major reforms impacting standard operating procedures (SOP''s), people, process and front-line systems including both SAP and Salesforce CRM.Program and Project level Coordinators required for growing PMO at an APS6 level.Key DutiesAssist PM''s and PMO Manager with project management and coordination activities, monitor and review program and project activities against project plansDevelop accurate and timely Meetings, Agendas, Minutes, RAID and project reporting on deadlineWork with multiple PM''s to contribute to the development and management of project plans and schedulesDraft project deliverables not limited to business cases, project plans, executive briefs, status and exception reports, and board ELT review packs.Assist with monitoring project budgets, review and report on expenditure and assist with procurement and contracts management and administrationAssist PM''s identify and mitigate project risks, issues and benefits; forward thinking and identify risks early and flag with PM''sAssist with project quality managementCollaborate with team members to achieve program, project and business outcomesKey Skills RequiredExceptionally strong stakeholder management at all levels including project teams, vendors, suppliers, up to Director and Branch Manager, and possible COO level, external government department and community representativesExperience operating within formal project management methodologies and environments - both Agile (SCRUM or SAFe), Prince2, PMBOK with certifications in one or both preferredHighly organised with ability to juggle multiple dependent tasks and projects at a time.
