We employ over 1300 people across 120 parks and communities, with offices in the 3 eastern seaboard states.Here at Ingenia, you can enjoy working within an organisation that genuinely cares for its people and is committed to creating communities where our residents and visitors can truly belong.Position: Housekeeping Team LeaderThis part-time role is responsible for supervising the housekeeping team and ensuring all rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are consistently metLead and train all new team membersClean rooms, cabins, and communal areas in line with health and safety regulations and guest expectationsTransport linen, towels, cleaning supplies, and waste materials as requiredReplenish supplies in rooms and common areasDisinfect equipment and maintain cleanliness of storage areasReport maintenance issues, damages, and lost property to the Site ManagerPerform detailed cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, sweeping, mopping, and window cleaningConduct regular room inspections and audits to ensure quality standardsProvide guidance, coaching, and feedback to housekeeping staffPromote effective communication and teamwork within the departmentEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and proceduresUse appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning chemicals and equipmentSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in housekeeping, with leadership or supervisory experience highly regardedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent time management and organisational abilitiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to maintaining standardsCulture and BenefitsIn return, we offer a competitive package, flexibility (including working from home for some roles), extensive training and development, career progression and generous reward and recognition programs including some amazing discounts at our Holiday Parks... so come join the team and apply now!
