Heres what makes this position unique:Youll be the first point of contact for all service inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintain operational efficiency. This includes:Managing incoming service calls and email inquiries with prompt, professional responsesCoordinating with Roofing Supervisors to schedule and optimise service deliveryOverseeing materials ordering and fall protection equipment requirementsCreating and maintaining detailed service reports and documentationBuilding strong relationships with subcontractors and managing work orders efficientlyWhat Type of Person Will Be SuccessfulYoure a natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
