A Venue Manager who can execute activations, build strong relationships within the local community, loves a bit of footy, and is keen to develop their team.As Venue Manager, you''ll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. We''re in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing high-volume food & beverage lead venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.What''s on Offer:This role is based in Tewantin, Noosa QLD, offering a very strong remuneration package comprised of an excellent base salary circa $110,000 - $150,000 in addition to superannuation and an achievable performance bonus structure.5+ years of Venue Management experienceUnderstanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systemsP&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financialsExperience in a high-turnover customer service environmentDemonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality managementHave a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industryBe able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfullyState based qualifications Approved Managers LicenseWe value the diversity of our employees'' experiences, talents, and cultures.
