This role will be primarily responsible for managing office administrative tasks, ensuring smooth travel arrangements, and maintaining an efficient workflow. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize domestic and international travel arrangements for staff, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation (e.g., car rentals, taxi, or shuttle services).Manage and maintain the company car fleet calendar, ensuring proper scheduling, allocation, and utilization of vehicles.Book hotels, guesthouses, and other accommodation types as required for staff or visitors.Ensure accommodation meets the needs of travellers in terms of location, facilities, and budget.Provide clear instructions and details for all travel-related accommodations.Handle travel expenses and coordinate reimbursements.Perform various administrative duties as required by the office, such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and assisting with events.Provide general office support and assistance to the management team as needed.Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms, including scheduling, setup, and ensuring all materials are ready.Arrange supply of PPE for team members.EducationMinimum of 2 years of administrative support or office management experience, preferably with a focus on travel and logistics.Technical SkillsFamiliarity with travel booking systems or experience in corporate travel management.Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and travel booking platforms.Soft SkillsStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks.Analytical thinking and attention to detail.Project InformationSnowy 2.0 is the next generation of the iconic Snowy Mountains Hydroelectric Scheme, and construction of this major pumped-hydro project is well underway. Once complete, the Scheme will provide 2000 megawatts of dispatchable, on-demand renewable power and approximately 350,000 megawatt hours of large-scale energy storage to the Australian National Electricity Market.
