We work with a diverse network of employers, from local businesses to major household names.Our ClientOur client is seeking a confident, motivated, and highly organised individual to join their team as a Workshop Foreman at their Colinroobie Mechanical Workshop (near Leeton, NSW).About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position, where you will be responsible for planning, prioritising, and allocating work tasks, as well as overseeing their completion. Key responsibilities include:Supervising and leading workshop crews.Providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to mechanical staff.Ensuring compliance with workplace safety, regulations, and quality standards.Conducting general workshop duties, with some fieldwork (which may require travel and working away from home).What We''re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you will need: Previous supervisory experience and a relevant trade qualification (minimum Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology / Diesel Mechanics). A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to foster a team-focused environment. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet customer demands. A current driver''s licence and full working rights in Australia. Proficiency in computer systems and workshop-related software.
