Your efforts will transform how our team works and how projects are executed, driving the Dexus team forward. With a mindset of curiosity and agility, you will seek out more efficient and impactful methods for business success, collaborating with various departments to bring your innovative ideas to life.As a Senior Finance Manager in the Group Finance team, you will make an impact by;Maintaining accurate accounting records, statutory financial statements, tax compliance, and associated reporting for Dexus Operations Trust and its subsidiaries.Delivering timely and accurate monthly consolidated results, half-year, and annual statutory financial statements, including managing audits and preparing necessary documentation.Handling income tax calculations, tax forecasts, tax returns, and GST returns.Working with the Group Finance team on technical accounting issues, providing leadership and guidance to the Finance team, and collaborating on remuneration reports.Identifying and driving process improvements, establishing a strong risk culture, and ensuring efficient control environments and policies.About YouMinimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in corporate accounting and team leadership; CA/CPA qualified with relevant tertiary qualifications.Familiarity with ASX listed environments; experience in funds management and property industries preferred; knowledge of Yardi/TM1 and Big4 experience advantageous.Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams; capable of engaging and influencing at all organizational levels and with external advisers.Results-driven, forward-thinking, and innovative; proactive in improving processes and procedures across finance.Effective time management, high attention to detail, ability to manage risk, and flexibility in a changing environment.Why choose Dexus?The Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
