We celebrate individuals at their core, so they shine to their best.The Marketing Operations & Partnerships function is newly established and will drive the strategic marketing planning, coordination, execution and reporting of member engagement and trade activity across OneDigital teams and divisional partners. It enables efficient delivery through structured rhythms, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration that maximizes marketing impact and delivery of value to Wesfarmers.The Head of Marketing Operations & Partners is a critical senior leadership role and a member of the OnePass leadership team. This function is responsible for unifying the marketing function and ensuring it delivers maximum value to both the business and its partners. This role is not only accountable for designing and leading the planning process, but also for actively pulling together inputs from across teams to create clear, integrated, and actionable marketing plans.A key connector across marketing, product, data, commercial, and partner teams, this role ensures alignment on priorities, campaigns, and customer initiatives. It plays a critical part in driving incremental revenue through coordinated marketing efforts and in elevating how the brand shows up with our division and loyalty partners.What youll be doingMarketing Operations and PlanningDrive strategic marketing planning and prioritisation to align programs with organisational goals.Lead and manage the end-to-end marketing planning process: annual, quarterly and monthly.Own the central marketing calendar and ensure alignment across internal teams and partner stakeholders for seamless execution.Lead post-campaign review processes (with analytics support from OneData) and performance tracking to drive continuous improvement.Lead and/or support strategic marketing scoping and execution of key initiatives from the Corporate plan.Trade reporting and forecastingResponsible for weekly trade meetings and performance reporting against key targets.Provides weekly OneDigital Leadership team update and weekly MD reports (in partnership with finance).Partner MarketingLead a team of 4 Partnership Marketing Managers, each responsible for planning and executing activity to deliver incremental revenue to divisional partners.Ensure marketing plans for each partner are aligned to division objectives and measurable.Provide senior-level support and strategic direction for partner-facing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and brand strategy.Support the Strategy and commercial team in partnership value propositions and negotiations, ensuring marketing delivers strong return on investment.What you''ll bring to the table10+ years experience in strategic marketing roles, with a strong background in marketing, planning, or partner/channel marketing.Strong stakeholder and relationship manager with proven ability to influence.Confident communicator who can influence across levels and functions.Strong commercial acumen and results driven.Strong digital landscape understanding.Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and coaching high-performing teams.Experience in retail, eCommerce, loyalty or multi-brand environments is highly desirable.Experience with loyalty programs (flybuys or SisterClub) is highly desirable.Join The TeamWere continuing to bring the best talent and skills under one roof, working together and across disciplines to build amazing experiences for our customers.
