This focus on client value is a key reason for our success.The Role:We are currently seeking a Lawyer with 2-3 years PAE to join our Resolution, Recoveries and Disputes team in Melbourne working in a dynamic and cohesive team on a wide range of small business recovery and disputes matters. You will assist the senior members of the team in varied tasks including:Loan and security reviewsAdvising on various enforcement and regulatory issuesPreparing default notices, demands, pleadings and general correspondenceCarriage of defended and undefended claimsConducting researchAttending CourtThe successful candidate will have:2-3 years PAEExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skillsCommitted and intelligent approach to work.A high level of attention to detailYou will be self-motivated and proactive, with the confidence and ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, and possess strong organisational, time-management and multi-tasking skills.What we offer:At Thomson Geer, we are proud to offer our employees increased meaning in work, accountability and modern working practices.
