Visit the Work180 Pitcher Partners Melbourne page for a full breakdown of our benefits.About the teamThe Private Business and Family Advisory team create value and improve the way our clients work by providing advice such as asset protection, business performance, business reporting, accounting and taxation management, wealth protection and generational change management.About the roleAs an ASIC Administrator within our Private Business and Family Advisory team you will work collaboratively with the Corporate Affairs Team, various stakeholders across the firm, and with our clients. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely preparation of company secretarial documentation.Key responsibilitiesGeneral office administration, including processing mail, scanning and filing of secretarial documents.Preparation and lodgement of a wide variety of ASIC Forms and supporting documents.Preparation of Annual Company Statements and Solvency Resolutions.Preparation of members and unitholders registers.Incorporation of companies and establishment of trusts.Preparation of statutory records and corporate secretarial registers.Preparation of resolutions and board minutes using precedents.Dealing with ASIC, SRO and other relevant authorities in relation to the provision of corporate secretarial services.Advising clients and internal stakeholders on how they can meet their statutory obligations and deadlines.Who were afterHere are some of the key qualifications, skills and personal attributes were looking for.
