As part of the global Epiroc Group, with multiple branches across Australia and over 200 employees, we have the resources, equipment, safety record and experience to take on any electrical challenge.The OpportunityJTMEC are currently chasing expressions of interest for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our high performing team based at Kanmantoo Mine in South Australia. This hands-on role will involve overseeing site-based projects and working with site supervisors to ensure the efficient day to day running of both the electrical and pumping departments on site.Your Typical Day Will Consist OfPlanning and scheduling crews workloads to meet project/site requirements and timeframes;Ensure all project activities are undertaken in a timely manner in accordance with the project scope of work;Interpreting electrical and mechanical diagrams, drawings, or specifications;Monitor progress against the work schedule;Oversee quality of work produced to ensure compliance;Ensure all activities are undertaken in a safe manner and compliant with HSE requirements.The successful candidate will be able to meet the following criteria:Minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience in underground mining;Experience in Electrical Mining maintenance environment;Proven ability to effectively plan, schedule and manage personnel and resources;Ability to grow and develop positive relationships with clients and suppliers;Current South Australian Electrical & Driver''s Licence;Commitment to a ZERO harm culture;Self-motivated who is reliable, honest and takes pride in your work;Ability to work both as a member of a team, as well as independently.Desirable Although Not EssentialHV Switching;Working at Heights;About The RewardYou will be rewarded with attractive employment conditions and wage rates backed by a successful company who firmly believe that ''our people are our strength''.
