This includes conducting analysis and investigations and providing information on areas of risk within the business. Where required, they will assist in providing intelligence and recommendations to Operational Management and partake in meetings and interactions with key stakeholders. The Senior Surveillance Analyst will play a key role in the training and development of newer team members and pursue industry knowledge and best practice to impart to the analysts and wider Surveillance Department.About youYoull bring the following:Minimum 5 years experience in an analytic, surveillance or intelligence-based roleDemonstrated advanced problem solving, research and analysis skillsDemonstrated experience in junior management and/or team leadershipHighly developed report writing and construction capacityProven decision making and people management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdditional InformationThis role requires:Ability to obtain and maintain a DLGSCI Key Gaming LicenceFormal relevant qualifications in intelligence, analysis, investigations or similar are highly desirableFrontline Management qualification preferredWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
