The OpportunityA rewarding opportunity to be involved in a Dementia Centre initiative looking to support people living with dementia who are transitioning from hospital settings back to their homes or into residential care.This role offers the chance for professional growth and exposure to a new project, making it a perfect fit for those looking to advance their career.The roleThe Workshop Facilitator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of care provided to individuals with dementia by focusing on capability and capacity building.This position involves designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programmes and training initiatives for staff, caregivers, and other stakeholders involved in dementia care. The goal is to equip the team with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver exceptional, relationship-based care and to foster a supportive and enabling environment.This role is offered as a Fixed Term Contract until July 2028.
