This part-time (0.6 FTE) role offers the perfect opportunity for you to balance flexibility with responsibility.As Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing recruitment campaigns, coordinating the onboarding process, and supporting our international candidate and visa management processes. You will work closely with hiring managers, other HR team members, and our marketing team to build our employer brand while ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment journey.Key Responsibilities:Recommend and implement innovative recruitment and selection strategies that align with organisational goals and industry trends.Manage the requisition approval process, working with our HR Business Partner to benchmark roles and ensure consistency across the organisation.Partner with hiring managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:Job Advertising: Crafting, posting, and tracking job advertisements across multiple platforms.Candidate Sourcing: Leveraging LinkedIn and other platforms to source top talent.Screening & Background Checks: Conducting initial screenings and working closely with HR Admin to perform background checks.Interviewing: Actively participating in the interview process and providing support to hiring managers.Oversee recruitment documentation, including job offers, in collaboration with the HR Administrator.Develop and administer Jungheinrich Australias apprenticeship and traineeship programs to nurture future talent.Support and implement a Graduate Recruitment Program to attract and retain high-potential graduates.Collaborate with the HR Coordinator and Marketing team to create engaging candidate marketing initiatives and recruitment campaigns.Work with the Training Department to design and implement skills tests for technicians.Lead onboarding induction sessions, acting as proxy to the HR Director, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated.Oversee onboarding schedules, coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience for new team members.Manage visa processing for new, temporary, and existing employees, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.Partner with immigration lawyers and manage accommodation bookings in line with relocation agreements.What Were Looking For:Strong experience in recruitment coordination and sourcing.Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and external stakeholders.Experience with onboarding processes and visa management.Knowledge of apprenticeships, traineeships, and graduate recruitment programs is desirable.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Why You Should Join Us:Join a secure group focused on sustainable, profitable growth with a strong financial foundation.
